What makes Eupepsia a 5+++ Wellness Center is the people. The staff was phenomenal! From start to finish it was easy, relaxing and stress free. Joanna made booking the trip a breeze. When we arrived we were delighted to meet Samar, a wonderful personal concierge. She made us feel like we were the only guest at Eupepsia. As a matter of fact, the entire staff catered to our every need. The food was delicious and the chef even made sure that there was no cilantro in my food because I have an allergy to that food category. He even prepared gluten free meals for sensitive guests. I loved the creativity of the food and the fact that he came to the table each meal to describe the dishes. It truly was farm to table! I don't normally eat three meals a day, but at Eupepsia I looked forward to every meal.
Fo us exercise enthusiasts, Dina was in the gym with her bubbly personality, bright and early every morning to lead us in our circuit workout.
Lets not forget the wonderful spa treatments! They ranged from massages, facials, light, salt and heat treatments as well as indoor and outdoor pools and saunas. All of the therapists were excellent and the Ayurvedic treatments were phenomenal!
Yoga sessions with the owner were revitalizing!
Last but not least, the beds were just as comfortable as my sleep number bed at home, including the ability to adjust the position.
One final thought. If you have never used a Japanese, you are in for a real treat! All of the rooms have Japanese toilets and these wonderful beds!

The location is absolutely breathtaking! The food is amazing! I love the tailored approaches to meet my individual needs. The hikes and morning circuit class are two of my favorites! Every minute of each day was spent in their amazing facilities and new habits were forming on wellness for me and it was easily attained and encouraged during my re-set from the daily grind. Fellowship is shared around a family style table and new connections were made daily. My four day experience at Eupepsia was wonderful. The beautiful mountain scenic views are outstanding. There is so much to offer from hiking to spa treatments to delicious meals, a gym with great equipment, swim spas inside and out, sauna, whirpool. The spa treatments are five star, and all of the staff is friendly and treat you like family. The rooms are very nice with wonderful beds. Just an overall wonderful experience. I will definitely be going back soon.

I don't even know where to start! 58 out or 60 reviews are 5 stars, stop reading and just book your stay. This place is simply amazing. I was nervous doing a solo vacation, but out of all the guests I met during my 3 nights, 90% were solo visitors looking for a quiet rejuvenation. 50% were return guests and everyone said they'd be back and next time they'll stay longer.
I enjoyed a morning workout with a coach, followed by breakfast with fellow guests. Next I participated in guided hikes off the property and then back for lunch and relaxation. Spa treatments in the afternoon were amazing! I enjoyed the hot tub, lounging in the hammock or heated loungers, salt sauna, comfy couches. Walking around in a comfy (provided) robe and a cup of tea was so relaxing.
The food was absolutely AMAZING! I'm not vegetarian and I didn't miss meat. We all wanted the recipes. As far as comments about coffee (my big concern...I didn't want to spend these glorious days with a caffeine headache!) I just made pour over coffee in my room and enjoyed it while reading in the adjustable bed with the LED fire on.
The hospitality is the best I've ever experienced. Everyone was so friendly and caring. The facility is clean and comfy. Book your stay, you' won't regret it....and you'll be back.

The wonderful team of Joana, Samar, Dena, Shivani and Sahar were just what we needed to relax, energize and reboot!
The spa therapies and treatments were 5 star, the vegetarian food was creative, nutritious and delicious! The accommodations were 5 star, clean, newly renovated and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the new Eupepsia exclusive adjustable queen sized bed. What a great way to get back on track with a healthy diet and self care.

The treatments are stunningly good. The setting is, if anything, even better. The food is delicious and original, vegetarian but varied and not rigid. The staff is kind and thoughtful.
I did exercise, hiked, and a few treatments. My partner did many more treatments. The group that we shared the space with were interesting and fun company. A serene and fascinating community.
A long drive for us, but worth it. Rejuvenating.

I decided to go to this wellness center to get a reboot for 2023. It was the best decision I have made. This place is a hidden gem. I can't say enough about the kindness and attention given by the team. The food was fantastic - the environment was beautiful and cozy at the same time.
They have state of the art equipment. The spa services are so unique, it was hard to decide what services to take. I only went for 3 nights but could have stayed longer. I will be back again. This is part of my self care "tool belt"!

My visit to Eupepsia was just the recharge I needed to start the year right. From the very comfortable rooms and top-flight amenities to the wonderful people, Eupepsia sets a new standard for wellness retreats in the United States.
I love the setting, perfect for hikes around the beautiful property or just relaxing under the sky and stars. The food is excellent, tasty, in-season, and clean, with many of the ingredients coming from the gardens on the property. They were able to easily (and deliciously!) accommodate my need for dairy and gluten free meals.
What really stands out for me is the treatments, equipment, and amenities. The gym is just amazing and I loved the morning circuits that kick-start the day. The infrared sauna, saltwater float tank, and jacuzzi are big favorites and the array of ayurvedic and detoxifying treatments left me more refreshed, centered, and clear than I've been in years.
Best of all, the staff are so gracious, welcoming, and kind, and the resort attracts great guests, so you can have as much good company or solo time as you'd like. I feel I've made new friendships and my fellow guests and I are already planning to meet for hikes in our region. Looking forward to staying again soon!

I just spent the last 7 nights at Eupepsia Wellness Retreat and let me say my experience was nothing short of AMAZING. The staff were so accommodating, every meal was prepared with Love and was simply delicious. Make sure you take the yoga class to experience the wonder and craftsmanship of the sanctuary as well as the class itself.

Eupepsia provided a perfect honeymoon experience for us! We aimed for relaxation, and they made that easy. The entire staff was thoughtful and skilled. Every meal was delicious and a social experience even us introverts enjoyed. The treatments were high quality. The gym class and equipment, hikes, and yoga (which we were lucky to catch) are wonderful.
All around, we will be looking forward to returning for more of the same!

I highly recommend going to Eupepsia for as long as you’re able. This magical land, in my opinion, is the ultimate place to get away from the rat race world we live in and focus on oneself. The spa treatments and food are unlike anything I’ve ever experienced, you’ll have to see for yourself because it’s not something I feel should be described with words.
I will say however, that the mesmerizing smells around every corner captivated me! I still have the hair wrap I used in the spa and often take a whiff to mentally go back. All of the beautiful staff members at Eupepsia tend to your every need with such grace as they genuinely want to take care of you. For me personally, they nurtured me back to health. Each and every person I encountered had a part in what ended up being the start of my transformation.

This is an incredible resort. My husband and I stayed here while I was 7 months pregnant. It was a way for us to do something special for ourselves before the baby came. The resort was so incredible and accommodating. The food was amazing, and the staff was incredible. They made you feel as if you were part of their family.
One of the reasons we decided to stay here was because of the strict COVID-19 protocols that made us feel safe. Most places weren't even an option for us because of the risk of COVID. We had the most restful, fun, and exciting trip staying at Eupepsia and would recommend it 1000%.
